JSL have worked alongside most of the large National Builders, carrying out Customer Care and Warranty work and have also worked alongside many of the large National Insurers, dealing successfully with high volumes of Domestic and Commercial insurance claims.
Our Head Office is in Hockley, Essex and from there we actively service all parts of the South East and Home Counties.

Making good use of digital technology, we provide our operatives with as much information regarding the project before work has commenced. This also enables us to provide visual updates when reporting back to our clients.
We have implemented our own bespoke software, enabling us to provide clients with immediate status reports on their projects.
JSL Property Services has trade accounts with a wide range of suppliers and manufacturers, thus keeping the delay in getting materials to a minimum. These relationships have been forged over many years and enable us to provide a very competitive pricing structure, as a result of the discounts that we have negotiated.
