The owners of JSL set up the Company having gained
extensive experience in not only the Construction
sector but also the Insurance sector. JSL have
worked alongside most of the large National Builders,
carrying out Customer Care and Warranty work and
have also worked alongside many of the National
Insurers, dealing successfully with high volumes
of Domestic & Commercial insurance claims.
Our Head Office is in Hockley, Essex and from
there we actively service all parts of the South
East and Home Counties.
JSL Property Services was established by a group
of dedicated professionals who saw a need in the
market for a company with long standing relationships
with some of the largest home builders in the
UK. We also provide a high standard of works and
services to the domestic market such as general
redecoration, plumbing works, carpentry and all

JSL specialise in Customer Care work on new build
projects and offer a full maintenance service
to our clients. We have earned an outstanding
reputation for refurbishment work.
We are constantly evolving, keeping up to date
with the latest technology and working practices.
Making good use of digital technology, we provide
our operatives with as much information regarding
the project before work has commenced. This also
enables us to provide visual updates when reporting
back to our clients.

a wide range of suppliers and manufacturers, thus
keeping the delay in getting materials to a minimum.
