Domestic & Commercial Refurbishment
JSL have a wealth of experience in the field of refurbishment. We have been involved in both domestic and commercial properties and have successfully completed many high spec, large scale projects. Whether they be voluntary refurbishments or refurbishments as a result of fire or flood, we cater for all.

NHS based Maintenance
We have vast experience in dealing with refurbishment and maintenance work within NHS buildings. One of our main clients provides the Hard FM for many large National Mental Health Facilities and we are a preferred contractor.

All of our operatives are trained in dealing with the risks that are presented in this environment.

Maintenance Packages
We offer a complete maintenance package tailor made to suit our clients needs:

Daily Responsive – Working on defects that are required to be completed within a pre agreed timescale, usually between 24 hours and 21 days
Planned & Cyclical Maintenance – Assessing the condition of elements of the building and constructing a plan as to the upkeep, repair or replacement of them. (includes things like external redecoration, gutter clearance, roof maintenance).

Facilities Management
We offer this service to cover the daily management of completed schemes. This service is tailor made to suit the client and can include the following:
